Founded in 1977, the Greater Toronto Chapter of NAIOP has become the premier "meeting place" for professionals in the commercial real estate industry. Our burgeoning membership, which is now over 700, represents an influential cross section of the industry's top companies and top performers.
NAIOP provides opportunities for members to converse with peers, industry leaders and innovative thinkers. We provide the right business climate where members can share ideas, cultivate new relationships and stay on top of the most current industry information and trends.

February 19, 2010 - Honouring its commitment to give back to the communities in which members live and work, the association celebrated this leadership with another contribution to Alpine Canada in support of the Canadian Alpine Ski Team. Pictured here, Greater Toronto Chapter President, Dean Cutting (left) and NAIOP Ski Day Committee Chair, David Ward (centre) present a cheque from the proceeds of the 2010 NAIOP Ski Day to Michael Colley, Director, New Business, Alpine Canada.
NAIOP’s Ski Day grows in popularity annually and the generosity of the members and guests who have participated made it possible for NAIOP to raise over $68,000 for Alpine Canada in the past five years.
